Kimchi Tuna Wrap
Kimchi always knows how to make your taste buds happy. Freshly made Kimchi is a mind-blowing addition to your favorite meat and rice dishes. Once Kimchi gets a sour taste after a few weeks, you don’t have to worry at all. Just stir-fry and use it for different kinds of fusion dishes like the kimchi tuna wrap. Succulent in taste with a tangy flavor topped off with your favorite cheese — believe me, it’s mouth-watering. Make yourself a dang Kimchi tuna wrap!
Recipe:
300g Sour Kimchi
1 tuna can
1tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 onion
Lettuce
Cream cheese or sour cream
Tortilla wrap
Chop up Kimchi and remove tuna from the can. Cut onion into small pieces and lettuce into thin strips. Heat the pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil (alternatively use tuna oil from the can). Toss in the chopped kimchi and stir-fry until transparent. Add gochugaru, sugar, soy sauce, and corn syrup. Mix well and add onions and tuna. Stir fry for 3–5 minutes.
Spread sour cream cheese or sour cream on a tortilla wrap and fill it with sliced lettuce, stir-fried kimchi tuna mix and top off with mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese). Do the tortilla origami and press in the frying pan until lightly golden brownish.
